But whoa, mani-pedis are quite the wallet-emptying lifestyle to keep up - and all that trouble of driving out there, parking, etc etc... wouldn't it be great if you could just buy your own manicure machine, for, say, RM30 including delivery, and use it anytime you like? (In the office, in the car, at home?)
Well if you answered "Yes" to any of the above, you'll be interested to read on about the Salon Shaper - a battery-operated manicure device that shapes and polishes your nails! :D Also comes with a diamond cone to shoo those calluses away from your hands and feet!
I've personally tried out the Salon Shaper, and I think it delivers on its basic promises :) It's not a magic wand - you can't transform nails in one go at the first tryout - but use it carefully, patiently, and with some practice - and you'll see the results! :D I especially think it lays the foundation for a great base - so you can paint your nails a different shade of the rainbow every week and still keep them healthy too :)
The box and manual you'll receive:
Contents of the Salon Shaper:
What makes this product so worth buying?
- High-speed rotation: Powerful enough to trim and shape tough acrylics and toenails, but also gentle (and painless!) so you can work on cuticles and weak/splitting nails.
- Must-have for nail care: One of the tools you must have to achieve that professional-looking manicure :D See here for a video on how a girl fixed her chipped acrylic nail using Salon Shaper.
- Makes an awesome gift: An affordable and useful beauty product will put a smile on any girl or woman's face! :D (And guys too, if they care about how their nails look, hehe!)
- Convenient: Light to carry, quick and easy to use. Not to mention it's cordless and battery-operated (you need to get two AA batteries).
What are the 5 attachments for?
- Diamond cone: For removing dead skin & calluses.
- Grinding barrel: Smooths thick nails & rippled surfaces.
- Small grinding barrel: For cuticles & corners.
- Felt cone: To polish & buff.
- Emery head: Shapes, sculpts & trims nails.
Aaaaand if you're interested to see this product "in action",
I've made a video review of it too :D

Hi WaiYee :)
Hmm I don't know what the material is, sorry! I've emailed Supermodel's Secrets to ask them to reply your comment here :D
I've only used it a couple of times, and the felt cone still works really well for me - but I don't know how long it would last... interesting question.
Thanks for the lovely review Sha-Lene!=D
Wai Yee> hey babe, thanks for your enquiry. The felt cone is made of a type of stone called emery. It will last for a very long time, at least 2 years.
=)
Let me know if you have further queries ya. You can email me at talk2us@supermodels-secrets.com anytime~
