There's something about boobies.

I have no excuse for my severe oversleeping. Well, actually, I do - it's Sunday and it was raining. :P But although this post is late, it's never too late to educate yourself about your boobies!

This October and November, YourShoppingKaki is proud to be the media partner of AliceWonders.com's "Got Boobies?" breast awareness campaign. This is a campaign that I'm really excited to be a part of - not only does it show us that our resident bag wonderland is more than just about bags, it's also a corporation with a soul. ;)

The "Got Boobies?" info page is filled with tidbits of useful tips and facts - perfect for easy reading! Definitely click HERE to find out how to conduct your own "boobies check" (early detection is a lifesaver!). Besides taking care of your own health, this campaign is also about rewarding you bag-wise as well! ;)

Tha canpaign has been running for 5 weeks now and AliceWonders.com has given out 5 bags! This week will be the final week for the campaign and the final prize will be the Alice Mini Hearts White Shoulder Bag. This is basically a "Blog and Win!" contest, which you can find out more about HERE.

This campaign has been brought offline as well! :) On the 14th of November 2009 AliceWonders.com had an on-location event with Enspired Bazaar in Subang Square. Apart from charity sales (10% of all sales goes to NCSM), there was a smashing White Rabbit Hunt! Basically the participants were given clues and they had to find the white rabbit which was hiding mischeviously with one of the vendors. Our campaign ambassador, Ming, was there to meet customers and participants too.

Last but not least, this week AliceWonders.com is giving out discount coupons to reward happy shoppers everywhere! Just fill in a survey on their main page, and receive discount coupons between 10% to 30%. The catch is that the discount amount will keep shrinking - so shoppers needs to grab the coupons ... fast!

We Are Not Alone.

No, the aliens have not invaded. At least, not to my knowledge. :P

But while you're probably aware of our affiliation with AliceWonders.com's Got Boobies? campaign, raising awareness for breast cancer is taking the online shopping community by storm in more places than one! :)

RylDesigns, for one, has raised awareness in yours truly already! From them, I've learnt that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month - and Pink Ribbon Day is on the fourth Monday of every October! :D Let's celebrate life and good health together, shall we?
