Helllo y'all!
And to continue with our Monster High sequel, here's some news about the recent happenings where these students of Monster High have been working on.

Monster High™ & Limkokwing Against Bullying Competition

I think not many have heard about this since this is not a highly publicized event, because monstas are humble! =D 

Monster High and Lim Kok Wing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) took a creative stance against bullying with the anti-bullying competition. The competition attracted numerous highly creative and impactful anti-bullying submissions to raise with the mission to raise awareness on the rising issue of bullying in Malaysia. I am sure many of us here have encountered some form of bullying case be it a mild or major one that could still haunts you. I still remember this rough kid in first grade that locked me up in the classroom as I was always the one who reach by 6am to school, and she most probably have nothing better to entertain herself and targets me -_- 

Anyway, the competition have managed to showcase many creative works of the LUCT students in various forms from songs, videos, T-shirts and posters, all carrying the same simple but powerful message that will help create anti-bullying awareness: “Be Yourself. Be Unique. Be A Monster.” tagline. 

Open to all Limkokwing Cyberjaya students, the entries were judged by an esteemed panel ofjudges including Ms. Kelly Yip, Dato’ Tiffanee Marie Lim; Ian Yee, Editor of R.AGE and Initiator of  

R.AGE Against Bullying Campaign; Nadine Ann Thomas, Miss Universe Malaysia 2010; and Ms. Grace Sng, Award Winning Songwriter and Vocal Coach of sTART Society.

News aside, here's another introduction to another small range for you Monster High fans and collectors - the Ghouls Alive series. The series showcases the freaky flaws of these ghouls ; Frankie Stein, Clawdeen Wolf and Spectra Vondergeist

So just what is it about these collection that makes it so cool?

Get ready for some creepy cool lights and sounds from 'em!

Here's my Frankie that gives you sparks!  Dressed in her uniform like plaid skirt ensemble, Frankie give you the creep when you press on her tummy. She glows! Her ribcage, skull and neckbolts can light a room up and her 'vampirish' screams is OMG scary!! I have never tried pressing her and shoved it to a smaller kid and see if they got frightened haha!! But it's a cool kind of scary!

OMG those trendy shoes!!

Do you know that despite those sky high heels, you can make you Monster High dolls stands on it's own with just a lil' balancing. Haha, it's a fun challenge to try make all your ghouls stand and pose! In any case you have little patience and no acts of balancing, fret not, it comes with a doll stand anyway haha!

The Ghouls Alive Collection features 3 main dolls ; Frankie Stein with her thunder-lightning effect and ';vampirish' scream, Clawdeen Wolf howls like a wolf with her eyes closed and Spectra Vondergeist make your hair stands up with her 'woo' sound while glowing.

Each dolls are priced at RM99.90 each and comes fully clothed as seen and with a doll stand. With Christmas around the corner, what about getting 'em for those noisy nieces, sisters or young cousins and let them be entertained with the ghouls XD

The Monster High dolls collection are available in all Toys' R Us store. Price starts from RM59.90 for basic dolls up to RM109.90 for limited edition dolls.

On another note, dropped by Toys R Us Bangsar Village today and spotted these!

Such funky dolls! But tad too pricey for me now :/ If you are a Toys' R Us Star Card member, you get to purchase the Monster High collection at a discounted price with the current running offer ;)
