Review: Neesya Overnight Radiance Kit

The quest for perfect skin is a never ending battle. At different ages we have different skin concerns & while we do our best each day, each month, each year to achieve that perfect, luminous, flawless skin it isn't always achievable without a hefty price tag.

When I was given the opportunity to try out the Neesya Overnight Radiance Kit, I didn't hesitate to say yes! After all, you never truly know if a product will work on you until you give it a go. Thankfully, I am blessed with non-sensitive skin so I can pretty much try out any products without having too nasty a reaction, or if any at all. :)

Lumi Brightening Enzymatic Refiner: As these sample sizes were rather small, I only managed to use'em twice for each bottle (total 4 times in 2 weeks). The texture and consistency of this Refiner is a whitish sticky texture that sticks well to your skin  and  doesn't drip down. I managed to slather on a decent amount on my face, after washing it off I immediately noticed a difference in my skin! I could see that it looked smoother, as if all the dead skin cells were removed  and  when I touched my face it felt incredibly soft  and  my skin even had a slight luminosity. I reckon if you had the full tube  and  really put on a thick layer (I couldn't really as I wanted to maximise how often I could use it) twice a week, you will notice a more significant improvement on your skin texture. 

Lumi Brightening Overnight Mask: Similar to the refiner, the tube was rather small so I managed only to get about 4 usage of it. When I applied it on for the first time at night  and  rinsed my face out in the morning, I found it kept my skin incredibly hydrated  and  smooth the whole night! Despite me being in an air-conditioned room. I literally wake up with glowing smooth skin in the mornings! This product really impressed me in terms of price and  quality! 

LumiScience Illuminating Essence: My favourite of the bunch! As I also received a full size bottle for this, I've been using this at least twice a day! In the day with just a light layer of sunscreen  and  at nights I'll alternate between my night moisturiser or an overnight mask. In 2 weeks, I noticed significant improvements on my skin! My face felt softer  and  smoother to the touch. Dark patches  and  scars were lighten. My skin had more of a glow  and  a lovely luminosity to it. I even noticed a reduction of fine lines around my eyes! When applied after a deep cleansing mask, I find that my pores are less noticeable  and  overall skin texture improved. It is recommended to apply 4-5 drops on your face, however I find that this product already moisturises my skin, so in the day I just use about 2-3 drops  and  at night 4-5 drops.

Do note that I've only used these products for about 2 weeks. To benefit fully from all the goodness that are in these products, it is recommended that you use it for at least 1-3 months to see full results.

There are plenty of good skincare products out there, so pick one that is within your budget and works well on your skin. Alternatively, this Brightening Overnight Mask by Neesya is pretty good for the price tag. The Illuminating Essence is a great serum to be used before your moisturiser, at only RM79 it definitely won't break your bank. Lastly, for the Brightening Enzyme I would say that if you have overly sensitive skin to go easy on this otherwise at a great price of RM35 you don't got nothing to lose.
